- Question 1 : What is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a spontaneous natural phenomenon. We are at an average of 25 minutes a day under hypnosis. For example when we wait for a bus an hour and we did not see the time pass we were in hypnosis.

- Question 2 : Do you sleep during hypnosis?

Not at all, never, hypnosis is a state of awakening, a state where all the vigilance and the conscience are very awake.

- Question 3 : Who is Milton Erickson?

Milton Hyland Erickson, who died on March 25, 1980 in Phoenix, Arizona, is an American psychiatrist and psychologist who has played an important role in the renewal of hypnosis and has devoted numerous works to therapeutic hypnosis. Erickson, who was infected with poliomyelitis at the age of seventeen, was an emblematic figure of the "wounded healer", experimenting with himself, during his rehabilitation, certain phenomena that he will then apply in therapeutic hypnosis. .

- Question 4 : Do you need to have a special talent to be a hypnotizer?

None, it's just work.

- Question 5: Why not show videos of hypnosis sessions?

I have three reasons:

1- A question of ethics, I do not want to show sessions with the people who visit me.

2- Most of my sessions is a non-verbal work, I do not see the point of showing it on video.

3- Erickson said "When you buy an apple you do not want the merchant to chew that apple before you sell it."

- Question 6 : When does the hypnosis session begin?

She starts on the phone with making an appointment. This is where I take my place, that I begin injunctions to be certain that the subject leaves me well in a place where I can help it the best. Those who do not stop smoking after a session, I noticed that it is those who refused the injunctions requested by phone. There are now many patients who have had canceled appointments because they did not follow the instructions, I simply refuse to give them a session. Erickson did the same for the same reasons. I accept an average of two in three patients when making appointments. It is of course indispensable that the subject call me himself if he wants an appointment. Depending on its formulation I accept or not to take care of it. Unless he is a minor, parents call me in his place. My particular way of using hypnosis allows me to require (injunction) that one of the parents be present during sessions with minors. I use group hypnosis during this session, this presence I use to be more effective, it does not bother me at all.

- Question 7 : Does one need to believe in it for it to work?

The less she believes in it, the easier it is, for me the only resistant people are those who blindly believe in it. Suspicion and mistrust are very useful to me, it helps me to create chaos.

- Question 8 : Why this site?

I want to show what I discovered and the field of competence of my method.

- Question 9 : Do you continue to take classes?

Yes, it allows to be a member of institutes and to be part of the community of hypnotists. It also allows me to learn other ways of working. Each hypnotist works in a specific way.

- Question 10 : Is there a minimum age to be hypnotized?

I sometimes see babies in consultation for eczema problems. There is no age limit. I just ask parents to attend the sessions when the person is under 15 years old.

- Question 11 : Why the city of Angers?

Angers is the third city in the world where there is the most ******** per number of inhabitants. 1- Buenos Aires 2- Paris 3- Angers. At Angers there are two universities of ********, a medical school and an organism that trains psychoanalysts. It may be the city of France where it is the most difficult to make a living when you do this job. The challenge seemed all the more interesting. I have never regretted having chosen Angers, I have always worked only here so I can not really compare with other cities.

- Question 12 : What does it take to come to therapy?

Your symptoms must already have been examined by a doctor. After his opinion, it is possible that I have to ask for the approval of your doctor.
